Recrops is the data controller for the personal information you provide when using Recrops.

2. Data We Collect

We collect data that you provide directly when registering and using the platform:

• First name, last name, and email address
• Company name, country, and city
• Operational data entered in the platform (orders, clients, aircraft, flight logs, products)
• Technical usage data: IP address, device and browser type, access timestamps

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:

• Provide the contracted service and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve the platform and ensure its security
• Send service-related communications

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Following cancellation, data is deleted within a maximum of 90 days, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Security

Data is stored on Google Firebase with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We apply role-based access controls to protect your operational data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except with service providers required to operate the platform (Firebase/Google) or when required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@myrecrops.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

8. Changes to This Policy

Any significant changes to this policy will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance.
