Recrops is a SaaS platform for managing aerial agricultural application operations. By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms in full.
Each account requires registration with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Current pricing is shown within the platform. Payments are securely processed through the indicated providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods already in progress.
You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes. The following are prohibited:
The operational data you enter into the platform belongs to you. Recrops stores and processes it solely to provide the contracted service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to maintain 99% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Recrops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access through the last day of the paid period. Recrops may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
